■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Principally, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, such information is immediately destroyed. However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the reasons stated:
A. Reasons for retention according to internal company policy
To prevent the recurrence of misuse by problematic members (including general inquirers) who have not entered into a contract, to resolve disputes, and to cooperate with law enforcement requests, the company may retain member information for 3 years from the date of termination of the service agreement.
B. Reasons for retention required by relevant laws
