MONAVALLEY International Art Fair (MONAF) is more than just an art exhibition — it is a vibrant festival where anyone can communicate and deeply connect through art. Held at MONAVALLEY, a unique cultural complex harmoniously blending galleries, convention halls, and outdoor spaces with nature, the fair provides a space where artists and visitors alike can experience fresh inspiration and share memorable moments together.

MONAF 2025 will be proudly sponsored and supported by Chungcheongnam-do Province, Asan City, and a wide range of public institutions, corporations, educational organizations, and financial institutions. Building upon the experience of its inaugural edition, the 2025 fair aims to showcase more sophisticated planning and invite renowned art collectors, presenting high-quality artworks and reinforcing networks within the art world. It aspires to become a true cultural compass, leading the way in regional artistic development.

MONAF (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc."

■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Principally, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, such information is immediately destroyed. However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the reasons stated:

A. Reasons for retention according to internal company policy
To prevent the recurrence of misuse by problematic members (including general inquirers) who have not entered into a contract, to resolve disputes, and to cooperate with law enforcement requests, the company may retain member information for 3 years from the date of termination of the service agreement.

B. Reasons for retention required by relevant laws
In cases where retention is necessary under the provisions of related laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., the company will retain member information for the periods specified by law as follows:
o Records related to contracts or withdrawals of offers

The Company will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:

Information provided by members for registration and other purposes is transferred to a separate database (or filed in the case of paper records) after the purpose has been achieved, where it is stored for a certain period of time as specified by internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to the retention and use period) before being destroyed.
Personal information moved to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
